Add message as comment in Virtual agent

Hello,

i have a requirement , there is a decision field in Virtual agent which is --- would you like to add a comment and there are 2 choices yes/no if user dont select yes or no and type the comment instead of selection 2 choices then it should add as a comment, is anyone have idea how to do

If user cannot type on 'please enter your response'  , for ex it becomes read only then also the requirement can be completed , do you have any idea how to do that?
