Adding multiple users to a ServiceNow support group

Hi,

 

I have a huge list of users in need of onboarding to a group in our ServiceNow instance, I know how to add single users but is there a way to add multiple in one go?

 

I have tried using both the applicable catalog item and back end but non work...

 

Any help is appreciated !

Open the group record and click on edit over group members related list.

 

Apply the filter on the users list and add them to the selected area. Click Save and your users will then be member of the group. 

 

Click Helpful and mark correct if this fulfills your requirement.

Hey, thanks but don't quite get it, sorry, can you describe in greater detail like step by step, I know how to add single users but not sure about this filter thing, appreciate the help!!
