Additional comments, work notes and email are always collapsed

Hi,

Additional comments, work notes and email are always collapsed if additional comments or work notes are mandatory?

How to avoid this? Even I make the stacked view true, nothing happened

In our case, worknotes are mandatory, but I can still see comments, worknotes, and emails, both in stacked and normal view. See the screenshot below.

Verify you have added fields to service operation workspace form view.
