How are you "calling VA" on ESC portal?

Error contains name of the widget "Now Assist Self Service Widget", please check the line numbers- you will be able to solve it

Please once review any code snippet that you written in your code this error is mentioning $sp that you have used that is not defined in your code and also mentioning to see those line might there be something wrong .
