1) am unable to set the visibility of application picker from zurich upgrade.  Preferences --? developer is missing

2) Many users now do not see that anymore. is there any access restriction?

Hi Priya,

Check if snc_external role was added to your user account together with the admin role. If yes, remove snc_external role, it should work.

Also try it in private/incognito browser as well.

no we dont have the snc_external role 

also with Zurich upgrade where is the option to toggle the application picker?
