As the CMDB Manager/Admin, I need all relevant configured Principal CI classes to be visible to ITIL

I know this is done when the Principal CI class modules have been checked for the relevant top level classes.

You need to create access control and visibiltiy settings for required classes to make it visible to the ITIL users.

Firstly, we need to identify which classes are the "Principal CI classes" in the CMDB.

After it, we need to create read Access controls on such classes e.g. cmdb_ci_hardware, etc,. with condition user_has_role('itil').
