Auto close incidents

PratimaSB
Tera Contributor

A caller has 10 days to respond to, or contest, an incident that has moved to a Resolved state. If there is no additional communication received, then the incident should move to a Closed state automatically.

1. Update the existing system property to automatically close incidents 10 days after the incident has been resolved.

Solution - Administration>>Incident Properties>>Incident closure properties>>Update the "Number of days (integer) after which Resolved incidents are automatically closed. Zero (0) disables this feature." field.
