Password Reset Blocked Users

We have recently migrated a project to ServiceNow so users are still not familiar with login creds. Instead of userid they user email and that leads them to block.

 

We see users are listed in Password reset blocked user table but there are users with past expiration date. Why they aren't unblocked if the expiration date is achieved? How system is calculating this expiration date? Do these users are still blocked? How exactly this process is working can anyone guide me please here.

In the attached screenshot, we can see records where blocked is true but expiration date is past date. What does this actually imply?

 

If user is unblocked on the expiration date - why the blocked is true?

if the user is still blocked - why this expiration date is past date?

 

I can see 110+ records here with blocked as true but expiration as past date, so all of them are blocked or what does this data actually mean

is the process as you described above same for all users? 😮 possibly you can create a case from Support Portal to get assistance from ServiceNow
