Automatic message for agent in SOW

How to add automatic messages for agents in interaction in SOW ? @Shivalika

Hello @vikrantamba 

Go to "Response Templates" In the left navigation , create a Response Template with whatever message you want. You can call these response templates by agent in SOW with "/r".
