I have created a Visual Task Board with 4 states /Columns "Backlog", "Ready for Development", "In Progress" and "Done". I have been adding 2 different categories of work types to Backlog and then it moves from Each states to closure. Now, I want to get the metrics Average Lead time and No. of work type in a week/month. How can I get this metrics?
