The globe is routing me to dev instead of PROD

The employee center tab is PROD and is working as it should but when we click on the globe it goes to dev instead of PROD.

I assume you have not developed this globe icon. While moving the changes from dev to prod, the developer or who applied the changes forgot to change the link behind the icon. Therefore it's still pointing to dev instance. Please raise it to concern team.to modify.

@PVJShareKnowled Where would this change need to be made? i try to look for properties, inside the widget but I cant seem to find this icon anywhere

@Ricardo Sanchez Please clarify. The screenshot that you have shared, "ServiceNow for Microsoft 365". Is it servicenow instance or someother web page. From the screenshot, I assume that if you click on "Employee center" it takes you to PROD and the globe icon is working as intended. If not, where should the globe icon take the user to? Please share details. Meanwhile you can explore icon link widget.
