Hi Dear Community !
I want to prepare an ITSM (employee experience oriented) on my personal developer intance.
I requested and have access to my instance.
Does anyone have a quick solution for me to be able to have an ITSM demo ? (service operations workspace, employee portal, admin dashboards) with enough records to display data in each screens ?
Thanks a lot !!!!!
william

Hi @fmpersonals - when you install applications such as ITSM on your PDI, you are given the option to also load demo data. I would suggest doing that, and then you'll have the foundations for a demo.
Alternatively, there are some better demo options avalable if you happen to work for a ServiceNow partner company.

Hi Simon, thanks a lot for your prompt answer ! I noticed there are some demo data, but I'm struggling finding the users and personas to use (I noticed that Joe employee is an employee user who has open records, Beth Anglin a service desk manager, but for the rest I didn't find yet who would be the agent, nor the approver for requests)
thank you for your help

Hi @fmpersonals ,
@Simon Hendery is correct and to complement what he has mentioned
If you have access to the partner success center, you should get access to how to install Demohub.
You sill see below a fully installed demo hub inside a demo instance. Reach out to your partner manager, they will be able to assist you 🙂
