Business Stakeholder role business rules

Hi everybody

 

A former employee seems to have adjusted the business rules for "Business Stakeholder" without any documentation on it.

This makes it impossible to use the role even with repairing from the "plugins" section.

Is there any way to see which business rules are related to the role by default when it hasn't been tempered with yet?

 

I know already that it would use the "incident_query" BR, but are there any more BR it would be using?

Hi, looking at the documentation and reviewing the plugin 'Business Stakeholder' in a PDI, the plugin appears to only contain roles and no BR's

Installed with Business Stakeholder (servicenow.com)
/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/v_plugin.do%3Fsys_id%3Dcom.snc.business_stakeholder

if you enable 'Debug Business Rule' you should be able to identify any BR's that are triggered\run when the functionality is invoked.

 

You may also be able to identify records the user added\altered\deployed by checking the 'Customer Updates' table, searching the payload field for one of the sys_id's deployed by the plugin and then searching the table for changes made by the user to other records around that data.
