Catalog form

If we are searching for a catalog form in search bar we can see the form but if we are following the proper navigation path the catalog form option is not there. Can anyone think of a reason or solution?

Hi @SakshamB 

please verify the following points

  • Is there a user criteria added to that group.
  • Is category true/false?
  • verify by clicking on the icon next to category check box and see if the items are listed under category?

There is no user criteria.

The catalog form is in catalog items tab not in categories tab
