Catalog item visibility using user criteria is not working

Hi , 

I have 2 catalog items , one should be visible for logged in user(with attachment enable) and other is for logged out user(attachment disable) . 

so for logged out user it's working fine - available for - public and not available for empty I have set and it's working as expected. 

for logged in user i have added snc internal in available for and not available for empty but I am able to see both the catalog items that is not expected there only 1 should be visible . 

note: i tried with snc internal in not available for section for logged out user but no use 

please help if anyone has faced the same issue.

Enter a sample 'logged in user' with the snc_internal role and the Catalog Item with attachment disabled, and it will show you if they can see the item or not, and why.
