change_request, Fill Out Risk Assessment, radial buttons

Hi all

I am traying to automate a Change Request Form, but in the test Case I am asked to make some changes in the "Fill Out Risk Assessment".

I tried retrieving the components (UI) but in the list only the "close" and "submit" buttons are present.

Does anybody here have had a similar situation in which a radial options must be selected to change the risk?
