Unfortunately there is no OOTB configuration for that:
Datetime variable - time picker is diferent on service portal vs. platform view

Hi @VanishreeG,
As @Medi C (Kudos) has outlined, there is no attribute or setting to control the display based on UI (Portal vs native UI).
If this is a "must-have", you could look to create a custom variable, however this would not be recommended.

As others have already mentioned it's an OOB behavior how date/time is rendered in native vs portal.
