Chats are not routing to live agent only on our Prod Instance (AWA, Virtual Agent, Agent Chat)

Hello all together,
we are facing a very strange issue:
We configured and tested succesfully Virtual Agent / Agent Chat / AWA with all that goes with it on our dev instance. Live Agents can be accessed via Virtual Agent, Agent can chat with user via Agent Workspace. Everything runs fine.
But after staging to our prod instance it doesnt work for some reason. Everything looks the same.
And now the weird part:
Now Support created a temp Instance of our prod instance (on which it doesnt work for us).
Now Support impersonates the same users.
AND IT WORKS!!!
They gave me a test user with admin rights so that I can log on the that temp instance.
AND IT DOESNT WORK!!! 😂
I tested on different clients, also private without VPN Firewall, with different timezones, browsers etc
I am totally at a loss.
Maybe you have some hints and ideas.
