None of the above options are supported by  Multi-row variable sets.

What is supported?

If you are looking for a variable type that is supported in an MRVS, the most common ones are:

• Reference

• Select Box / Lookup Select Box

• Single Line Text / Multi Line Text

• Checkbox

• Date / Date Time

• Numeric / Integer

• Yes/No

The correct answer is C. Label, as Label variables are supported in Multi-Row Variable Sets, while Attachment, List Collector, and HTML variables are not.

from your screenshot I see label not.

In the screenshot you shared itself, you mentioned label is not supported by Multi Ro Variable.
