Compare data from import set table to target table

Hi

I receive quarterly data dumps containing salary IDs from the HR system, which I store in a custom table in ServiceNow. When some IDs are deactivated or deleted in HR during subsequent data updates, those IDs won't appear in the new data imported. I want to compare this data with a target table and remove records that are no longer present in the latest data dump. Deletion is preferred because the data will continually grow, and inactivating records in ServiceNow would lead to redundancy since they would never be used again. What is the best approach to handle this? We have data source and import set setup.

Thanks much in advance.

@Ankur Bawiskar any suggestions please.

Thank you

Divya
