Configure button is not visible

in the interaction module related list when we right click the below button is not visible

Hi @JPSS 

Navigate to System UI > UI Macros

Search for "context_form_header" in the 'Name'  column and open the record.

See if there are any conditions or restrictions on the record.

Hi @JPSS ,

 

The configure button is defined in UI Macro named 'context_form_header

You can check whether the record is active or not and also verify the conditions defined in it.
