I am trying to implement CSM in my PDI I have activated the necessary plugin and in the process of configuring the foundation data, do I need to configure all the steps in order to build my CSM portal?

Hi @DimaageeJ,
To answer your question directly, once the Customer Service Management plugin is activated (plugin id: com.sn_customerservice) the CSM portal is available - nothing else to configure.
If the CSM Portal plugin is not activated as part of the above plugin (it should), also activate: App id: sn_csm_portal
The CSM portal is ready to go by simply adding the syntax of 'csm' to the end of your PDI URL similar to the below:
https://yourdevinstance.service-now.com/csm
To help others (or for me to help you more directly), please mark this response correct by clicking on Accept as Solution and/or Kudos.
Thanks, Robbie
