currently we are sending a satisfaction survey through a mail to the caller (user) when his incident is resolved. When the user selects dissatisfied, a respond (inbound) email will be sent to servicenow(our instance). i want that response email sent to another particular group email id as well. how to do ?

Set the 'reply to' on the notification to that other address and create an inbound email flow for doing whatever you want with it.

i want that respond(inbound) email to be triggered to our default mail plus another group email id.

Create an email notification on the sys_email table, catching these emails and sending out an email to that group with the information needed and let the inbound action take care of what ever it needs to do (or trigger a notification from the created record for that group).
