Create Modal to choose change request type in CSMsame as in Agent workspace

Hi All,

 

We have a requirement to create this model in CSM Workspace which allows user to choose type of Change in Agent Workspace

 

This should be triggered when 'New' button is clicked on Change filters. (List view Action)

Seems like we cannot do it with Action Assignment as CSM workspace is not listed in All Workspaces.

Any idea how to create from UI Builder ?

Hi! Sorry, I don't have the answer - I am trying to do the same but I can't even get the interceptor to show up. 

Could you please share what you did so far?
