Hi everyone! I am creating a form where I need to create a variable which is an instruction {Pick more than 1 option} with 4 options as answers to it and the user should be able to select more than one answer .I tried a checkbox for options but I am unable to understand how to attach a variable [which will be an instruction] with 4 options to it. Can anyone help me with this?

Hi @Aditya Sinha

Maybe this helps in how to set it up:

Multiple Checkbox Variables in Service Catalog and Surveys - ServiceNow Guru

If this is not sufficient, please give some more details around your requirement.

Hi @Aditya Sinha ,

Try to use a Multiple Choice Variable instead of a checkbox one, you can add the instruction into the question and options at the Question Choices related list.  If you'd like to use the checkbox type of variable add a Rich text Label variable before the Checkbox with your instruction.

If that helps please mark my answer as correct / helpful!
And if further help is needed please let me know
