Please refer the below screenshot from ServiceNow administration fundamental course:
Why not the others?
- Activate application trigger spoke: "Trigger spoke" is not a valid concept — triggers are part of the application spoke itself.
- Activate trigger security rules: These are typically not required just to enable a trigger.
- Assign Application trigger role to SME: No such specific role is required just to enable the trigger.
- Activate application plugins only: You need the full spoke, not just underlying plugins.
