CSM integration with SIR ServiceNow

Hi ServiceNow Community,

 

We are looking for guidance for SIR module and CSM (Customer Service Management ) integration where when Case is created also SIR to be created and need to show the data of SIR on CSM case on CSM portal.

 

Any suggestions will help.

I have added an Idea here and included one more requirement to it which I have received from few of other customers. (Additional requirement: Ability to sync fields like Work notes etc. in SIR to be in sync with similar fields in a CSM case)

 

In case you guys have come across similar requirement from any other customers in your patches, possible to add them / upvote the Idea for correct prioritization?
