data synchronization failure for VITs
Qualys Status: Closed / Fixed. (The vulnerability has been scanned, remediated, and verified as gone on the target asset).
ServiceNow Status: Open / Active. (ServiceNow is failing to receive or process the updated status)
Why its happening , i need the root cause issue? which integration is running ?
how to debug this issue?
please provide solution for this issue to overcome .
