Hello @shalani r,

It seems you're encountering an issue with the NLU service in your Washington DC developer instance. This is a common issue, and here's how you can troubleshoot it:

  1. Verify Plugin Activation:
Ensure that all necessary plugins for Virtual Agent and NLU are fully activated. Specifically, check if the following plugins are installed and active:

    • com.glide.nlu (Natural Language Understanding)
    • com.snc.virtual_agent (Virtual Agent)
    • com.snc.va.nlp (for external NLP provider, if applicable)
  2. Check NLU Service Connection:
Go to System Properties > Virtual Agent Properties and verify the NLU service configuration. Ensure that the endpoint and credentials (if using an external provider) are correctly set up.

  3. Review System Logs:
Navigate to System Logs > All and look for any error messages or warnings related to NLU or Virtual Agent. This can provide more details on the issue.

Let me know if this helps, or if you need further assistance!
    Thanks, Regards!

You cannot use the ServiceNow NLU (Natural Language Understanding) in the PDI instance.

thanks for your response.

So we cannot use Virtual Agent customised topics, nlu model, intents in our PDI?
