We completed the Okta SSO integration, which updates user records(Okta provisioning) and uses SSO. Thus, everything is operating as it should, but I'd like to know where the records are being updated. I understand that we set up an OOB configuration, but I'm curious about the internal workings of ServiceNow. Something like a transform map or a scripted rest api to manage the data. I searched, but I was unable to find anything. Is there anyone who knows where I could have found the configuration?
