Hope you are doing well,
We have a requirement related to MS Teams Virtual Agent notifications.
1] The request is to send a notification to the 'Assigned to' user when a VIP caller creates an incident.
2] The format should be as follows:
A notification has arrived. You can continue the conversation after viewing the notification.
Incident Number:
Short Description:
Could you please guide me on how to build a similar notification for the current requirement? I'm having trouble identifying where the existing notification is triggered from and its configuration.
I have attached a snippet for reference that shows how the current notification is sent.
Note - We have added "VITA - Virtual Assistand" App in out MS Teams.
