HI All,
I have a requirement, where I need to disable Attachment icon from Service Portal once request is saved and I need only for 1 catalog item.
As I am new to the widgets, could you please help.

I believe this is for sp portal so you will have to clone below 2 widgets and handle the code to explicitly remove the attachment only for your catalog item so that it doesn't impact other catalog items once request is submitted.
Then add these newly cloned widgets to the ticket page.
Widgets -> "Ticket Attachments" and "Ticket Conversations"
