Implement UI Action is moving the state to Review instead of Implement

Hi All,

 

I have deleted Change - Implementation tasks from the flow designer (Change-Normal-Implement) as we did not want  automation tasks to be created. Since then if i click on implement UI Action its moving the state to Review instead of Implement. Does anyone know why ?
