Duration field data is not showing correctly in Data Visualization ?

Hi,

I have an table which contains fields type = Duration. I created data visualizations related to this field inside the table and I noticed the data seems to be incorrect. Here are the attachments

My data visualization only have these configurations:

- Data Source: All Incidents records

- Metric: calculate average value of my duration field

- Group by: Assigned To

- Trend by: Monthly by field "Opened"

As you can see the chart only shows up to Aug/2025 but in my list there is a record from October 2025 in the below images. Why INC0000601 not showing on the chart ? Am I configuring something wrong which leads to this incorrect data ?

Hello,

This duration is very less comparing the other data in the report. Can you try with a higher duration like 1 day and see whether it appears in this dashboard

Thanks for pointing that out, it seems like duration >= 1 day or close to 1 day will appear on the chart and any other data that is so small like 1 minute, 2 minute, 30 secs, etc. I need to hover to the month to see the detail
