dynamic approval workflow servicenow

Hi all,

I am trying to make the approval assignment dynamic based on my dropdown selection, but it is not working. It even skips the approval step. Here is the code snippet that I am trying. I have also attached the catalog field I am using for better understanding.

Result ticket that i get it skip the approval part.
