Email Notification was not triggered to users even after the event got processed

hi,

 

Create Event record in flow designer is triggered, and processed but parm1 and parm2 users are unable to get notify.

 

Its showing state is Processed and along with the duration, but users are not getting any Notification.

@Yougander patel 

things to check

1) if user is active has notification preference enabled

2) user is not locked out
