You will have to give us more information than this. How are CI's imported into your instance? When are these created? Which user is creating them? What kind of customization is there relating to creating CI's?

Just giving 'I have empty records, look at the screenshot' isn't enough to give an answer. We are not working on your instance and do not have access to it.
