To confim, there are lof of attributes which needs to be checked. With limited access to your instance its hard to estimate it. i hope you understand... i have given my check points earlier...

Hi @ARAVINDA11 ,
Unfortunately your question is not very clear on what are you trying to ask. I am assuming you are trying to check if there is an integration already available on your instance or not. Is that the ask?
If yes, there can be multiple paths you may check listed below and search for Name contains SAP:
1. Scheduled Job
2. Data Stream Actions
3. Flows
4. Outbound Rest Message
5. Scripted Rest Resource
6.Navigate to sys_metadata.LIST from application navigator and search for Keywords contains SAP to see if there is anything getting trigger from a script component or not.
Regards,
Shloke
