Error Access to api 'put(sys_user.v_campus_case_email)' from scope 'sn_wsd_case' has been refused

In workplace service Delivery application, I got this after submitting record. 

what could be the reason behind it?

Error - Access to api 'put(sys_user.v_campus_case_email)' from scope 'sn_wsd_case' has been refused due to the api's cross-scope access policy.

How to resolve this issue?

I don't think it should look like that. 

(sys_restricted_caller_access) - check in this table there are many records there with cross scope access - I had allowed it here I remember and it worked.

All the records in Restricted caller Access Priviledges, are allowed for Workplace core application. still error is showing

Dont give source type as scope. That's why it's giving error. Give it exact type - record producer or even variable - means choose the most specific one. Scan the list and choose the specific one.
