I'm running into some issues while importing (Easy Import) articles into a knowledge base.
The scenario: I have about 2k articles that I need to import into one instance from another instance. Right now cloning isn't an option. I made sure to download the import template from my source instance's kb knowledge table list view to capture all the articles I need for the import. When I start the import (on the target instance) the source instance's xlsx file I receive the following errors. I've tried both Insert and Update.
- Sys ID (unique record identifier) is invalid. The row will be skipped unless the value is corrected.
- Multiple records for Category exists in

I was able to import the articles into the target instance by exporting the articles via XML in tranches from the source instance. My initial attempt was importing all 2k articles as one XML export which was over 1GB and increasing the XML import size limit didn't work as expected. This is why I tried the Easy Import of an XLSX file. which produced the errors as described in my original post.
