Hi Community, need some support on ServiceNow / Exalate integration.

Has someone solved this problem?

- when adding comments in JIRA/Atlasian, those are sent to ServiceNow

- in ServiceNow end result looks like below

 

I would like to have really same look and feel in ServiceNow as it was enterred in JIRA/Atlasian

Someone solved this via Exalate? Not able to figure out how.

Hope you are doing well!

I am Dhiren, one of the Solutions Engineers working with Exalate.

I believe this is the standard behaviour as you can't generally add images within comments in ServiceNow unlike Jira.

I would anyways recommend you to post this question on the Exalate Community so that more people can have eyes on it!
