FCR - First Contact Resolution

Hello Everyone, 

 

I am looking to configure the FCR report but cannot get the desired report. 

 

I understand the reassignment count is supposed to be 0 and that's not something I am looking for, I am looking to run a report for the ServiceDesk team to understand the FCR. 

 

I have tried with Assignment group is the SD assignment group "and"

The reassignment count is 0 but still not able to get it. 

 

Any suggestions to fetch this report.
