Troubleshoot to find the missing assignment groups for some of the RITM's

Hi All,
I have a requirement where i need to troubleshoot the RITM's with missing assignment groups for certern time. I did check the worknotes and the audit history, seems "Assignment group" is been missing . I did also check the Workflow and flow designer , seems its also working fine and is not been updated for certain period. Is there any other method to troubleshoot this?

1. Did you try to add the "Assignment Group" from Activities filter?

2. Check if you have any onLoad client script or UI policy (either script or ui policy actions) which clears this value.
3. In Audit table, check if any user had cleared the assignment group value.
4. Isn't assignment group mandatory on the form? At what point of time did this got missing/cleared?
5. Check there are any assignment rules order issue, if configured?
