Filter icon not visible for a table for a certain user in the list view

Filter option not visible for a table for a certain user and the user is having only sc_internal role , can someone please explain what are the other roles that helps the user to see this filter icon in the list view of the table.

Hi @JaishreeR,
can you please provide a screenshot?
As per my understanding, the filter icon is OOTB and shall be available for all the users without any difference (of course as long as they have access to particular table)

Please verify if the User has both snc_internal and snc_external roles which is not a correct configuration, refer the https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0831592
