Flow designer question

I'm new to flow designer and have the following question:

Requirements:

1) User submits a request and Task A is created.

2) In Task A , the analyst needs to make a decision to proceed or not proceed (See image labeled 1)

3) Once a decision is made to proceed, analyst is required to input a group name in the 'Owning application group' field. Once task A is closed, task B needs to be triggered to the owning application group (see image labeled 2)

I've built some actions in the flow designer but its not working, can someone help me to get this working?

Hi @Neelu3 ,

Please try below process:

1. trigger = service catalog
2. Get catalog variables - table = RITM and select all required variables
3. Create task A with required details
4. if - condition= same as you are using (proceed)
5. then update task A record by mapping ritm number or short description of current task A and 'Owning application group' field as you previously mapped.
6. create task B by adding required thing and mapping 'Owning application group' field. 

If i am fail to understand your requirement please elaborate it more and also explain the requirement for 'Owning application group' field.
