Flow Stages not showing on RITM

Hello community,
I have an issue when trying to upgrade from a workflow to a flow. I have a workflow currently running on a Catalog Item, which creates some tasks on the RITM and 'drives' it trough different stages defined in the workflow.
I've made a copy of the Catalog Item to run the flow on it (and for testing purposes) with the same logic. However, altough stages are defined and the stage field on the RITM item gets updated, the Flow Stage information (on the top of the form) is displayed neither on the RITM item, nor in the Service portal on the Catalog Item.
It looks like the section is being created, but no stages are inserted. Here is the comparison of the underlying HTML:

Did someone encounter the same issue? What could be a potential problem ?
