Mass Email Communication to the user

Hi All,

 

we have requirement where we need to enable a feature after to send the Mass Email Communication.

We have ITSM pro license. can someone please help me with how can we enable it and the steps involved in it?

What's the purpose for mass email comms? If it's for major incident management, the workbench allows for this by utilising task communication management. There is also the Targeted Communications [sn_publications] plugin which is part of CSM by default. Work with your ServiceNow account manager to see whether your licensing entitles you to the Targeted Communications plugin

Hi @Kieran Anson , thanks for reply. we do have for MIM however we are looking for in general where LnD team can sent out emails to thousands of trainees in one go.

 we dont have CSM plugin procured so we can used CMS feature to avail this feature.  Is there any way around to achieve the same 

I'm not aware of any other OOB features that would allow for mass emailing outside of the above mentioned for the ITSM Pro Subscription. Do you have Employee Center Pro?

we have Employee Center NOT pro. However, Does Pro have this feature? If yes, please share the docs/steps?
