Hello Community,
As im fresher in servicenow technology and i have CSA certification also but as my drawback i don't no how to prepare for interview like servicenow admin or developer.
if anyone know the roadmap please help me.

@vaibhav1998 Merely certification will not lend you a job, you can prepare for interview by going through the sites like https://mindmajix.com/servicenow-admin-interview-questions . However, it is not guaranteed that the same questions would be asked during the interview. I recommend you to request for a PDI instance at https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do and practice ServiceNow concepts on it. This way you will be able to understand how things work on the instance and clear the system admin interview easily.

To prepare for an admin or developer interview:

- Learn Key Areas: Admin: ITSM modules, Service Catalog, workflows, user management, dashboards, and notifications. Developer: Business rules, client scripts, GlideRecord, integrations, and Service Portal customization.
- Hands-On Practice: Use a personal developer instance to build catalog items, workflows, or customizations.
- Prepare for Questions: Focus on technical, scenario-based, and behavioral questions.
- Resources: Use ServiceNow Docs, community forums, and YouTube tutorials.
- Mock Interviews: Practice with a mentor or peer to boost confidence.
