From where the script variables are called and used in virtual agent topics variables ?

Can anyone help regarding the virtual agent.

I have a custom greeting topic in virtual agent and one variable is used i.e. greeting_message.

From where this one variable is called and used.

@Neel Panchal On your left pane, click on the "eye" icon under script section, the pop-up will provide you under which activity is the script variable being used. 

The purpose of it is to store the greetings message and re-use it again. 

In OOB Greetings Topic, this variable is used on the below nodes.

If you have cloned the OOB topic, it might have created the script variable, if its not used in any nodes you can delete it from your custom topic.
