Is 'Fulfilment Automation Level' is just an indicator or it will effect the behavior of the catalog item based on the option selected ?

Hi @KalyanReddP 

There is no specific functionality/feature behind "Fulfillment Automation Level" field on catalog item. It can be used to identify the catalog items and their fulfillment method (automated vs Manual) as a metric in Dashboards.
